Facilities Tech III

Job Description

Performs general handyman repairs, including: locks, lighting, patch and paint, minor electrical and minor plumbing.


Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to relate well with people and the following:
  • Jack-of-all-trades repair skills
  • Provides own tools
  • Three years apartment maintenance, corporate facility or similar experience
  • Associates degree (or equivalent training and experience).
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient organizations skills to plan work, follow-up and track expenses.
  • Proficient computer skills (email, web, Word and Excel).
  • Physically able to perform work that may include heavy lifting and climbing ladders.
  • Performs work with appropriate attention to safety to self and others.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client sites in Bay Area.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, when required.
  • Current CA drivers license with clean driving record.
  • Travel to job sites in Bay Area, primarily south bay and peninsula.


Desired Skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Familiar with floor plans and technical documentation.
  • Trade certifications or licenses.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
