Facilities Manager - Responsible and accountable for the management of building systems, ground services, and related processes with emphasis on cost effectiveness and sustainability to support the core business of the client or company and its employees.
Facilities Coordinator - Has a good working knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and Operations. This individual reports to and gets direction from the Facilities Manager and works closely with client management if the Facilities Manager is not available.
Facilities Engineer - Performs all engineering operations and mechanical/electrical maintenance under the direction of building management.
Facilities Maintenance Technician - Performs general facility repairs, including: locks, lighting, patch and paint, minor electrical and minor plumbing.
Facilities Assistant - As a generalist, this individual handles mail delivery, light facilities maintenance tasks, and provides back ups for the office receptionist.
Shipping / Receiving Specialist - Responsible for the proper and timely handling of mail and packages of the company or organization. Receptionist - A highly visible position that is vital in making a positive impression on new and returning visitors. The primary job involves: greeting visitors; answering phone; directing & messaging staff; and making appointments.
